Solgar No-Flush Niacin dietary supplement contains vitamin B3 or niacin combined with inositol. Niacin is involved in many metabolic processes and can help mildly lower elevated cholesterol and triglyceride levels , while promoting an increase in HDL cholesterol. It does not cause symptoms such as rashes and itching that can be caused by taking niacin (nicotinic acid) alone. The combination with inositol is beneficial for the nervous system and the liver.

Niacin contributes to normal psychological function, normal metabolism of energy efficiency, normal functioning of the nervous system , maintenance of normal mucous membranes, maintenance of normal skin, reduction of tiredness and fatigue. *

1 capsule daily to be taken preferably with meals.

People taking anticoagulants and medication for high cholesterol, as well as diabetes mellitus, should obtain a medical evaluation before using a Niacin formulation. In addition, it is contraindicated in people with a peptic ulcer, because there is a risk of worsening.

Very high doses of Niacin should be avoided as symptoms such as headache, flushing, muscle weakness and liver dysfunction may occur. Still, a harmless side effect is the feeling of swelling and redness on the face, which goes away when the preparation is stopped.

Store the product in a dry, cool environment up to 25°C (77°F), and protect from light. Improper storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity and storage in freezing conditions may cause deterioration of the product.
